Shipping Policy

We process orders after payment has cleared. Products are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment clears, using the shipping method requested by the customer and available for the order.

Shipping transit times begin after the order has been shipped and depend on the carrier and service selected. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

In-Person Pickup

In-person pickup is available only when agreed upon in advance. Pickup details, including the pickup location and timing, must be arranged with us before the order is collected. Customers are responsible for collecting their order according to the prearranged agreement.

Custom Pieces

Custom pieces are either shipped or made available for in-person pickup according to the arrangement agreed upon when the order is placed. The expected completion, shipping, or pickup details for a custom piece will be communicated as part of that agreement.
